Purchasing from overseas may seem cheaper until you change the currency from USD to AUD (which is not often clear) and until you see the shipping costs to Australia. Plus, large packages can take weeks to arrive in Australia.
When it finally does arrive, you may be hit with an import duty or GST fee, which was not disclosed when you originally purchased your item. This can easily add $100’s to the final cost.

How To Unfold Your Mesh Grille?
Place the mesh grille in direct sunlight. It should take less than 1 hour for the kit to straighten out. If it is taking longer or if it is too cold, try placing them into a well heated room.
Avoid using heating tools to unfold the mesh, as these may cause damage.
Painting Your Part
Ensure that the mesh surface has been fully cleaned prior to any painting. KBD Plastics products may come with a silicone-based finish. You can see this finish as a slight shine on the mesh.
It is recommended to wipe this finish off using acetone, which will not damage the mesh.
Because this mesh is designed to flex, you may find it best to add a flex agent to your paint. If you do impact the mesh in any way, there may be no need to repaint the part if you use a flex agent.
